Avalon Care Center in Federal Way is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CNA pay $22.53–$26.00/hr full-time Day shifts available.

• Prioritizing comfort while assisting residents in achieving their highest level of function
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Monitoring vital signs to include temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
• Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions
• Interdepartmental communications within care team

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment with Avalon
• Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours of in-service education
• Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English
• Recent education or clinical hours are required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements (vaccinated or documentation for medical/religious exemption)
• Possible COVID-19 testing procedures as a condition of employment, depending on site-specific Federal, State and County requirements

Minimum pay $22.53. Maximum pay $26.00. Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
