Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1947) role  Starting Hourly Rate is $20.00 USD per hour and the Pay Range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise for replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
