• Make daily outbound connections via calls, emails, texts, and Linked In
• Start real conversations and uncover business needs
• Book qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up creatively and persistently to drive engagement
• Partner with Sales and RSR teams to exceed monthly goals
• Share ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and the customer experience

• Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven to win
• Confident communicator with strong listening and writing skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent with follow‑through
• Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Comfortable hearing “no” and pushing forward anyway

• Prior SDR or outbound sales experience is a plus—not a requirement
• CRM experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
