We are conducting a highly selective search for a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) based in the Seattle area to grow prescription referrals across Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. This is a remote, field-based role with approximately 30-40% travel throughout the territory.
This is not a traditional transactional sales role - it is a consultative, clinical referral-growth position
. You’ll educate healthcare professionals on high-frequency chest-wall oscillation therapy, develop new referral channels, and expand relationships that help more patients access meaningful airway-clearance treatment.

- Meaningful technology: Represent high-frequency chest-wall oscillation therapy that supports patients with impaired airway clearance.
- Focused clinical market: Work primarily with adult pulmonology and bronchiectasis referral sources, followed by cystic fibrosis and neuromuscular clinics.
- Direct patient impact: Partner with physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and administrators to improve access to therapy.

This is a high-visibility role for a driven seller who can combine clinical credibility, disciplined territory execution, and consistent relationship development.
What You'll Do- Grow prescription referrals and increase market share across Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska.
- Build strategic relationships with physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and healthcare administrators.
- Educate referral sources on HFCWO therapy and connect customer needs with differentiated technology and service solutions.
- Develop territory strategy by analyzing referral patterns, prioritizing opportunities, and creating efficient geographic zones and account plans.
- Expand existing accounts while identifying and opening new referral channels.
- Use consultative selling to uncover unmet needs and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, operations, reimbursement, and other internal partners to support territory and patient success.
- Maintain strong execution through timely pipeline updates, scorecards, calendars, expense reports, territory plans, and prescription documentation.
- Experience: 2-4 years of medical sales, healthcare sales, or relevant business experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Consultative approach: Demonstrated ability to uncover needs, influence stakeholders, and translate clinical value into action.
- Territory discipline: Strong account-planning, prioritization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Performance: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales or referral goals.
- Clinical credibility: Comfortable engaging physicians and other healthcare professionals; airway-clearance therapy experience is preferred but not required.
- Autonomy and accountability: Resourceful, organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Travel readiness: Valid driver’s license, residence within the territory, and willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.
