Role Overview

Operations Clerk working in the Spinnaker/Tops team vides clerical support to the operations team, responsible for accurate and timely input of information into TOPS and time‑sensitive planning of train loading using the Spinnaker system. Shift work and rostered Saturday working.

• Accurately input information into TOPS and Spinnaker systems
• Advise Duty Managers of any TOPS/Spinnaker discrepancies that may adversely affect operations
• Plan train loading activities
• Deliver customer import documentation to Train Loading Supervisors
• Input accurate import figures
• Provide general clerical support to the team
• Report all missed containers to the relevant parties within FLIM
• Report and record all damage to FLIM/Planners
• Issue loading lists in a timely manner to Train Loading Supervisors, including any amendments
• Liaise with planners and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of the terminal

• Strong attention to detail
• Good IT and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
• Flexible approach to work duties and working hours
