Transport Administrator Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to be at the heart of a busy transport operation? We’re looking for a proactive Transport Administrator to join a dynamic logistics team in Felixstowe!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Coordinating daily transport schedules and
- supporting route planning Liaising with drivers, customers, and suppliers to
- ensure smooth transport operations Managing transport documentation, inputting data,
- and maintaining records Monitoring driver hours, compliance, and vehicle
- maintenance schedules Handling queries, solving problems, and keeping
- everyone in the loop Supporting the wider logistics team with general
- admin duties
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or admin
- role (preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and transport
- management systems Detail-focused, proactive, and able to juggle multiple
- priorities Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
