Site Manager Required - Felixstowe, Suffolk
EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to oversee a commerical project to its project end date.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is confident running a site operationally and managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- SMSTS Certificate
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage the day-to-day running of site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid First Aid and CSCS Card (preferred)
- Previous experience working on commerical projects or Tier 1 contractors.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the site
- Supervising subcontractors and coordinating works
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Monitoring programme and productivity
- Liaising with the client, contractors and project team
- Maintaining high standards of quality and site organisation
