Nationwide in Felixstowe is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in-branch, over the phone and online. You will help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools that make managing money easier.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a 45-minute commute in reach of the branch. Training starts soon, and you’ll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven team.
