Overview
GSL Education's North Yorkshire branch is currently looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support students in managing their behaviour, building confidence and making progress across the curriculum at Client Secondary school in York, North Yorkshire.
Responsibilities- Support students in managing their behaviour, building confidence and making progress across the curriculum.
- Work on 1:1 and small group basis with students.
- Provide support at a Client Secondary school for students with additional needs in York, North Yorkshire.
- Contribute as a Complex Needs/SEMH Teaching Assistant in a Client Secondary school for students with additional needs in York, starting as soon as possible.
- Compassionate and resilient individual with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
- Background in health care or as a support worker is welcome; experience with students with additional needs and SEMH is preferable.
- Ability to start as soon as possible and work in a dedicated team.
Location:
York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £88 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract:
Full-Time | Long-Term
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
