Midday Assistant (Permanent, Part‑Time)

Job type:
Permanent, Part‑time. 8.33 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Immediate start.

Location:

Lift Hamford, within the Lift Schools network.

Role Overview

Support the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break and assist in the planning and delivery of high‑quality play opportunities from 11:45 am to 1:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break.
  • Assist in planning, organising and delivering engaging play activities.
Qualifications and Experience

Experience working with children, relevant safeguarding training and a commitment to pupil welfare are desirable. Specific qualifications are not listed but a background in education or a related field is preferred.
