Truck Parts Supervisor / HGV Parts Supervisor / Van Parts Manager - Felixstowe

Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk

Salary: Up to £42,(Apply online only) basic + £7,(Apply online only) KPI bonus (OTE £49,(Apply online only

Shift: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) - 7:00-18:00 rota, alternate Saturday mornings

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Truck Parts Supervisor, HGV Parts Supervisor, or Van Parts Manager to lead the parts department and drive sales, service, and stock efficiency. The successful candidate will manage a team, optimise inventory KPIs, and work closely with the wider business to achieve KPI targets.

Truck Parts Supervisor / HGV Parts Supervisor / Van Parts Manager

• Manage the parts department to maximise sales, profit, and customer service
• Monitor and sustain inventory KPIs
• Motivate and manage the parts team proactively and professionally
• Ensure all parts work, stock, and cataloguing is accurate
• Work closely with aftersales and wider dealership teams to support operations

Skills and

Qualifications:

Truck Parts Supervisor / HGV Parts Supervisor / Van Parts Manager

Essential

• Proven experience in parts inventory, sales, and stock management
• Previous experience supervising a team
• Strong technical awareness of parts and vehicles
• Full UK Driver's Licence
• High IT literacy, including MS Office (particularly Excel) and dealer systems
• Numerical ability to work with part numbers and inventory

Desirable

• Knowledge of KPI-driven workshop or parts environment
