Schedule:

Trading hours are 9:00 am  5:30 pm Monday to Saturday, and closedon Sundays. You will work five days out of seven.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a smaller, close-knit store within one of the UKs most recognised and award-winning telecoms brands.

This role could suit an experienced Store Manager seeking their next challenge, or an ambitious Assistant or Deputy Manager ready to step up and run their own store for the first time. Youll receive ongoing support from a hands-on Franchise Owner and Regional Manager, alongside clear opportunities to progress into Cluster and Area Management roles.

More about the role:
Taking full ownership of store performance, including sales, profitability and KPI delivery
Leading from the front and remaining hands-on within the store
Coaching, motivating and developing your team to consistently achieve their targets
Creating a positive, high-performing culture built around accountability and teamwork
Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity
Reviewing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective action plans
Managing day-to-day store operations, including rotas, stock, compliance and visual standards
Handling customer escalations professionally and finding positive solutions
Recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members when required
Working closely with the Franchise Owner and Regional Manager to support the continued growth of the business
Setting the standard for attitude, energy, customer service and sales performance
Successful Applicant:
You may already be an experienced Store Manager or an established Assistant or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step
You will have experience leading, coaching or supervising a team within a target-driven retail or sales environment
If stepping up, you should be able to demonstrate experience taking responsibility in your managers absence
You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Youll be comfortable managing performance, providing feedback and challenging your team when necessary
You will be commercially aware and confident using performance data to identify opportunities
Youll be organised and comfortable managing operational responsibilities alongside sales performance
You will be passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
Youll be self-motivated, financially driven and confident in your ability to earn through performance
An interest in technology and the telecoms industry would be highly beneficial
