Production Technician

Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk
Pay Rate: 12.73 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm (38 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary assignment starting October 2026, with potential permanent opportunities for successful candidates.

We are currently recruiting for Production Technicians to join a busy manufacturing team in Felixstowe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and can work accurately within a fast-paced production environment.

• Assemble components and products to required quality standards.
• Carry out kitting, preparation, and assembly tasks as instructed.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and documentation.
• Operate production equipment and machinery following training.
• Monitor and record production progress accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Report any quality concerns or production issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work carefully and consistently to a high standard.
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Pay rate of 12.73 per hour.
• Four-day working week.
