Role Description

The Holiday Home Sales Executive role at Park Holidays UK involves engaging with customers to promote and sell static caravans and luxury lodges while providing outstanding customer service. Key day-to-day tasks include welcoming potential buyers, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Felixstowe.

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to consistently meet and surpass targets
• Customer service and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and priorities
• A professional approach with a focus on delivering excellent experiences to customers
• Knowledge of holiday homes and leisure industries is a plus but not essential
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a sales or customer-focused role preferred, with a proven track record of success
