Job Title: Sea Import Coordinator

Location: Felixstowe

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: Full‑time (Office‑based)

• Process and monitor the entire sea import shipping process from start to finish.
• Book shipments with contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Prepare documentation for import clearance and arrange necessary deliveries (FCL and LCL cargoes).
• Liaise with customers and consignees, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Coordinate with Customs Authorities and Port Health to complete CHED documents.
• Ensure all invoicing and purchase invoice processing is handled accurately and promptly.
• Provide regular follow‑up with customers and consignees to ensure seamless service.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and targets.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong sea import shipping experience with knowledge of customs clearance processes.
• Good understanding of various customs procedures and regulations.
• Expertise in Destin8, CNS, and Multifreight systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with completing CHED and IPAFFS documents.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a self‑driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
