Job Title:

Night Shift Senior Warehouse Operative

Remote Fix It – Foster logistics operations l‑time night shift (Mon‑Fri 16:30–01:00) temporary to permanent after a 12‑week probation.

• Operate MHE including Counterbalance, Flexi, and MLOP trucks.
• Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Carry out stock checks, monitor inventory movements, and maintain precise records.
• Lead by example, providing direction, guidance, and on‑the‑job support to warehouse operatives.
• Step in for the Team Leader when required, maintaining workflow and quality standards.
• Uphold site safety procedures, performing First Aid, Fire Marshal duties, and racking inspections.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate others.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 5 metres.
• Highly organised with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Adaptable, dependable, capable of working independently during night operations.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience with Flexi or HLOP trucks (preferred).
• Prior senior or supervisory warehouse experience.
• First Aid or Fire Marshal certification advantageous.
