Independent Family Run Bodyshop Key duties for the Bodyshop Prepper:

Preparing vehicles to the highest standards for repairs
Ensuring all priming, masking, and sanding are completed accurately
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting the team with other prep-related tasks as required
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Ideal candidate for the Bodyshop Prepper role:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper or similar role within a collision repair environment
Reliable and with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety procedures applicable to a bodyshop
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
