A high-performing all-through school in Hounslow is seeking an ambitious Graduate Tutor Fellow to join its team from September 2026. As a Graduate Tutor Fellow, you'll work closely with teachers to deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve excellent outcomes. You'll support teaching across the curriculum, build positive relationships with pupils and contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and educational visits.

Graduate Tutor Fellow Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group academic interventions.
- Support teachers in lessons to maximise student progress.
- Use assessment data to identify learning needs and adapt support accordingly.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
- Help foster a purposeful, inclusive and high-expectation learning environment.
- Support extracurricular activities, educational visits and wider school initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and professionalism.
- A high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background.
- Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A reflective, proactive and resilient approach to learning.
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
- Aspirations to train as a teacher or build a long-term career in education.
