Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 12% bonuses + Benefits including travel discount/free parking
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm
Are you an experienced large-format retail leader or small site area manager looking for a role with genuine work-life balance? One of the UK's leading premium retailers is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship location based inside Heathrow Airport.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading a sizeable team to deliver exceptional customer experience

Owning the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store
Creating a positive, people-focused culture
Who We're Looking For
Ideal backgrounds include:
Store Managers form large square foot environments or Area Managers
Leaders experienced with large teams (60+)
Strong operational and commercial understanding
Confident decision-maker who thrives in a busy environment
Someone who naturally inspires, supports and develops people
Excellent communication and organisational skills
