Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres.

• Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards.
• Ensure excellent operations and build strong customer relationships.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Full availability on two weekdays and weekends, between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
• Outstanding customer service skills – personalised and attentive service.
• Strong communication skills – proficient verbal and written communication.
• Effective problem‑solving – addressing queries and resolving issues quickly.
• Eagerness to learn – keen interest in ongoing learning and professional development.
• Target focus – setting and achieving targets in a retail setting.
• Team working – collaboration and teamwork to deliver excellent service.
• Flexibility – willingness to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
