Parts Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's reputable dealership in Heathrow. This is a structured and rewarding opportunity to develop your career within a well-established automotive environment. The role of a Parts Advisor is vital in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within the dealership.

Up to £31,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
Rotating shifts: early and late shifts, including Saturdays (1 in
3)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays and a birthday off

Duties:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal parts requirements
Assist technicians with parts procurement and stock management
Handle all aspects of parts sales, both in branch and externally
Manage stock levels, handle stock damage and losses, and ensure inventory accuracy
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries professionally
Promote customer satisfaction by providing high standards of service
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards
Support promotional sales activities and assist in achieving branch targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership environment
Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop systems preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
