Export Supervisor

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Supervisor for a well-established niche sector Freight Forwarder dealing with Pharma shipments. The company is based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Duties will include:

- * Working and supervising a small operation (2 / 3 staff)

* Assisting with growing the department

* Dealing with all escalated queries and shipments

* Liaising closely with shippers/consignee's

* Arranging and tracking Shipments.

* Preparing and reviewing Shipping documents, including MAWB, packing lists and invoices.

* Coordinating the transportation routes and methods with hauliers.

* Liaising with Airlines, Handling Agents, Freight Forwarders and Transporters

* Make sure shipments are compliant with international trade laws specifically in relations to pharmaceuticals.

* Maintaining records of all export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs and delivery times.

* Ensuring compliance with HMRC export regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits from UK Exporters.

* Ensuring time critical and temperature-controlled Freight is stored at the correct temperature.

* Liaising with overseas agents / offices

* Completing all Export documentation including MAWB's and customs entries

* Pre-alerts

* Arranging collections and deliveries

Required Experience:

- Supervisor experience

Export start to finish experience

CDS entry experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
