The OpportunityWe’re hiring experienced Order Entry, Pre-Processors, and Escrow Processors to join Fieldstone Title as we gear up for our statewide launch on January 1, 2026.
This is not a “plug into the old way” job. It’s a chance to work inside a modern, tech‑forward, service‑obsessed title agency where speed and accuracy matter — and where your voice actually shapes how we operate.
You’ll be part of the foundational closing team, supporting the operations that will scale Fieldstone Title across Michigan.
What You’ll Do Process & Close Files With Precision- Manage purchase and refinance files from order entry through post‑closing.
- Prepare settlement statements, balance CDs, and coordinate funding with lenders.
- Review title commitments, requirements, and exceptions to ensure clean and compliant closings.
- Serve as the go‑to point of contact for Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency.
- Maintain meticulous records and uphold all state and underwriter compliance requirements.
- Provide insights to help refine processes as we build out systems and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership as we expand operations and scale statewide.
- 1–5 years of escrow processing or closing experience in a title agency environment.
- Strong understanding of title commitments, CDs, funding, and Michigan closing standards.
- Exceptional communication skills — professional, empathetic, and organized.
- Tech‑comfortable mindset — willing to use modern tools to increase efficiency.
- A commitment to accuracy, timelines, and delivering a clean closing every time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment.
