Cook in Healthcare Facility (Fenton, MI)

Join our Well Bridge of Fenton Team! Just 20 minutes from Flint & less than 10 minutes away from US‑23. The Well Bridge Group is looking for passionate cooks to prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests, ensuring the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience at all times.

You will earn:

  • Starting at $17.00 per hour

Scheduling:

  • Part‑time position with rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Days and Afternoons available
  • No late nights!

How you will help people every day:

  • Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times, ensuring excellence in quality, temperature, and appearance.
  • Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly as needed.
  • Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Serv Safe certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably supervisory in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
