-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
Pay: $17-19/hr. depending on experience
Are you a dependable, detail oriented type person? Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you have previous manufacturing experience? We have a perfect job for you! Located in Fenton, MI our client is looking for a Coating Operator to add to their team.
Responsibilities- Prepare materials and products for the coating process.
- Operate and monitor coating equipment according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished products for coating consistency, coverage, and defects.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED
