** What's a typical day as a Production Associate ?*
* + Operating assembly and production machinery for automotive components

+ Loading and unloading small automotive parts (6-8 lbs.)

+ Assembling components into machined valve bodies

+ Performing visual and quality inspections using gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools

+ Resetting machine faults and assisting with changeovers

+ Tracking counts, lot control, and quality data

+ Packing parts into dunnage and moving materials using pallet jacks

+ Keeping work areas clean and safe, following all safety, quality, and production procedures

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Can read and write in English and demonstrate strong attention to detail

+ Possess good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting

+ Are able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

+ Are comfortable standing up to 8 hours per shift and lifting 6-8 lbs. continuously (10-15 lbs. occasionally)

+ (Preferred, not required):
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or assembly experience, basic computer skills, or experience with quality inspection, SPC, or lot control
