• 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time available
• Days or midnights available

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.

• Current license to practice as an LPN Practical Nurse in Michigan.
• CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare individualized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to challenging problems regarding well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks.
