This is a full-time, on-site Window Installer role based in Fenton, MI. The Window Installer is responsible for installing and replacing windows and related components in residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate measurements, proper fit, and secure installation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing work sites, removing existing windows, installing new units, sealing and insulating around frames, and cleaning up work areas. The role involves using hand and power tools, following safety procedures, reading work orders and basic construction drawings, and communicating professionally with customers and team members.

The Window Installer will also assist with loading/unloading materials, transporting products to job sites, and performing quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards.

• Ability to perform hands-on installation work, including measuring, fitting, and securing windows and related materials.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools, and safe operation of equipment used in construction or remodeling.
• Knowledge of basic construction practices, including framing, sealing, insulating, and weatherproofing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness on job sites.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with customers and coworkers.
• Physical capability to lift and carry windows and materials, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from Fenton, MI job sites.
• Prior experience in window installation, carpentry, or general construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
