Primary purpose and function of position
:
Pick orders nightly for the next day's delivery. Occasionally repackage broken goods into clean new packages.

Have more control over your income: the more cases you pick, the more you make!

• Build sideload, draught, bulk trucks as well as stage product, evaluate, clean and repackage product into saleable cases
• Ensure proper repackage standards are being met and notify the night warehouse manager of potential issues
• Repack, sort, organize, clean, verify and track repacked product as needed
• Stack and separate empty kegs and pallets
• Communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
• Restock all product pick locations, including floor, static, and carton flow racking
• Clean warehouse as directed
• Maintain warehouse product rotation standards
• Adhere to and follow all safety processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED certificate required
• Night loading experience preferred
• Highly self‑motivated with a positive attitude
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of the night loading team
• Willing to be forklift certified
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitive handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing up to 165 pounds
• Regular and reliable attendance required
• Required to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Ability to pass a required pre‑employment physical, background and drug screening
