Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you’ll support the project needs within the Project Management department. Day to day, that might include:
- Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports
- Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information
- Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meeting notes
- Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard
- You’ll love this role if you enjoy planning, organizing and getting into the minute details of each project or initiative
- There are a lot of changes in our industry so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
- This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.
- Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.
- A two‑year degree or equivalent work experience is required.

- The expected base compensation for this role is $36,000 - $48,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
