Pulmonology opening in Minnesota - Located in Fergus Falls, MN - Full-time, permanent position

About the role:

- An independent, multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a full-time clinic based Pulmonologist to join an established pulmonology department as a sole specialist - Sleep medicine fellowship highly recommended/preferred - Function as the organizations Respiratory Rehabilitation director - Provide occasional support as a hospital consultant - Opportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities to our critical access hospital - Qualified candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine.

Patient conditions and procedures:

- Full spectrum of patient conditions including: asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders - Required procedures:
Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, Sleep Studies, & Pulmonary Function Tests Compensation:

- Salary is guaranteed for 2 years of employment after a new provider joins - Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked - Annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and memberships - Relocation reimbursement - Sign on bonus with assistance in residency - 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan - Cash balance plan & profit sharing plan - Health, dental, vision, long term and short term disability insurance;
