Schedule:

Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

At Vivie, we’re looking for a licensed occupational therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy, creativity, and experience in senior living or healthcare settings.

Our competitive pay range is $36.55/hr to $50.70/hr (hourly, non‑exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location.

• Work closely with clients, family members, and other home health and therapy staff.
• Responsible for organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy services in accordance with standards and policies.
• Assure quality care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance.

• Direct Care Activities – Evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, administer services, and coordinate with RN case managers.
• Client Records and Billing – Provide accurate documentation and timely billing.
• Communication – Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow‑up Programs – Optimize successful discharge and educate clients.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills – Work within budget, evaluate outcomes, and complete assigned duties.
• Professional Growth – Maintain professional knowledge and participate in clinical education.
• Safety – Follow safety procedures and promote client safety.
• Other Duties as Assigned – Duties are representative of the role.

• Graduate of an accredited school with current license in Minnesota.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire date.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to incorporate therapy across client care.
• Ability to instruct and supervise personnel.
• Abide by HIPAA privacy policy.
• Organized, task‑oriented, and able to meet schedules.
• Computer skills and documentation management.
• Required to complete and pass a state background check.
• Physically capable of required duties.
• Strong English communication skills.
