Schedule:
Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
At Vivie, we’re looking for a licensed occupational therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy, creativity, and experience in senior living or healthcare settings.
Our competitive pay range is $36.55/hr to $50.70/hr (hourly, non‑exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location.

Scope- Work closely with clients, family members, and other home health and therapy staff.
- Responsible for organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy services in accordance with standards and policies.
- Assure quality care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Direct Care Activities – Evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, administer services, and coordinate with RN case managers.
- Client Records and Billing – Provide accurate documentation and timely billing.
- Communication – Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow‑up Programs – Optimize successful discharge and educate clients.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills – Work within budget, evaluate outcomes, and complete assigned duties.
- Professional Growth – Maintain professional knowledge and participate in clinical education.
- Safety – Follow safety procedures and promote client safety.
- Other Duties as Assigned – Duties are representative of the role.
- Graduate of an accredited school with current license in Minnesota.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire date.
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to incorporate therapy across client care.
- Ability to instruct and supervise personnel.
- Abide by HIPAA privacy policy.
- Organized, task‑oriented, and able to meet schedules.
- Computer skills and documentation management.
- Required to complete and pass a state background check.
- Physically capable of required duties.
- Strong English communication skills.
