Lakes Country Academy in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a full-time Board-C certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior programming across the site and support students with EBD and ASD.
You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct FBAs, develop Behavior Support Plans, guide data-based decisions, provide crisis prevention/intervention, and deliver ABA training to staff. A BCBA certification and a valid driver's license are required.
