Overview
New Dimensions Home Health Care is seeking a RN or LPN to work with clients in the Fergus Falls area.

Responsibilities- Provide home care nursing services as ordered by the physician, including IV therapy, vent care, suctioning, G-Tube care, and administering treatments.
- Provide personal care and support to individual clients in their homes.
- Collaborate with the care team to plan and implement individualized care plans.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
- Experience in home care or private duty nursing preferred.
