Nursing - Clinic, We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our Enterprise Float pool. The new hire will work in all clinic areas across the enterprise to cover clinical support staff call-ins and PTO, in addition to working with providers who pick up and need additional support. The LPN or RN will be required to float to departments within the Fergus Falls Clinic, in addition to our other clinic locations including Barnesville, Morris, Ashby and Battle Lake.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide proficient, compassionate, and professional patient-centered care by effectively communicating with patients, co-workers, and providers. Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or Registered Nurse (RN). Demonstrates knowledge of available resources within Lake Region Healthcare and the broader community to support comprehensive patient care. The LPN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures.

This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation. The RN demonstrates proficient, compassionate, and professional communication with patients, families, visitors, colleagues, providers, and community partners. Responsibilities include performing nursing duties accurately and efficiently, assisting providers, and carrying out orders while maintaining thorough and timely documentation. The RN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures.

This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care.

80 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday

LPN Hourly Wage Range: $23.79-$31.99/hour
RN Hourly Wage Range: $31.72-$46.43/hour. BSN hires add $1/hour.
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
