The Job Coach is responsible for orienting and training persons served individually or in groups to perform job duties in regular work settings in the community. This includes maintaining acceptable work habits, behaviors, and skills to meet industry standards. The Job Coach will advocate for the integration of persons served in the work site and maintain adequate and accurate reporting. Additionally, the Job Coach must maintain positive relationships and ensure the highest quality service is being provided to our community employment sites and their staff, persons served, their families, and co-workers in a timely and efficient manner.
