Preconstruction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Full-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year

Overview

We are hiring a Preconstruction Project Manager to oversee mechanical and plumbing projects during the preconstruction phase, ensuring smooth transition from project award to field installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff and preconstruction activities
• Develop and manage cost forecasts and schedules
• Coordinate BIM models, drawings, submittals, and material schedules
• Collaborate with estimating, construction teams, and subcontractors
• Track scope changes, RFIs, and value engineering opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years mechanical project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Pay & Benefits
