As our new Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role for the ANZ region. Overseeing a portfolio of products with a robust product roadmap, this position requires strong business acumen to significantly transform the Massey Ferguson business across various segments and drive regional change.

• Work with Key Marketing stakeholders including the Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Take ownership of your own product portfolio, launch new products, and lead exciting projects that shape the future of farming in our region.
• Build strong relationships with Dealers and teammates, creating smart marketing plans that really make a difference.
• You will team up with our Marketing Communications group to deliver eye-catching campaigns and set new standards for agricultural marketing.
• Lead training sessions and organize dealer events, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire others. Plus, help make our sales documents and information delivery the best in the industry, so every product launch and sales effort is set up for success.
• Play a key role in projects that help the business grow and make a real impact.

• Ability to work to a plan, develop & follow processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Confident in delivering product presentations to an audience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic, analytical, agriculture, or project management roles.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Marketing, or Agriculture.
• Eligibility to participate in Annual Incentive plan (AIP)
• Tool of trade company vehicle
