Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation (Arbor Hills partners with a network across 3 states).
Hours: Days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Competitive pay based on experience
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
- Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday (full‑time only)
- Up to $5,000 per calendar year for tuition reimbursement for approved study programs

- Assist in all aspects of nursing with motivation and competence
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members based on residents’ needs and staff capabilities
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Use supplies economically and maintain clean, safe equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Cooperate as a member of a team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- React decisively and quickly in emergencies
- Maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
