Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation (Arbor Hills partners with a network across 3 states).
Hours: Days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

• Competitive pay based on experience
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates
• Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
• Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)

• Assist in all aspects of nursing with motivation and competence
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members based on residents’ needs and staff capabilities
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatments as required
• Use supplies economically and maintain clean, safe equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Cooperate as a member of a team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• React decisively and quickly in emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
