Find your calling at Mercy! We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool . This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care across multiple Mercy hospital facilities during night shifts.

Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Work in diverse clinical settings, including ICU, emergency, and medical-surgical units.
• Collaborate with a variety of care teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Must maintain a current RN license in the hiring state.
• Experience:
  • One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg.
  • Two years of recent bedside RN experience for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.).
  • Preferred: Epic experience.
• Certifications:
  • BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk most of the time, lift and turn patients with assistance, and push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
