Regional Builder Sales Manager, Ferguson, West US (CO, AZ, CA or UT)

Regional Builder Sales Manager / Ferguson West Region

This leader will be responsible for growing our business with Ferguson Enterprises in their specified Regions in the United States. Working closely with the Senior Ferguson National Builder Sales Executive, this person will play a critical role in shaping the future of LG Corporations business with Ferguson.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with LG Builder Pro and Signature Kitchen Suite Sales Managers and Directors in the geographic region of responsibility to deliver Ferguson revenue and margin goals.
  • Primary focus on business growth of top 25 Ferguson showrooms in region.
  • Secondary focus on business growth of rest of showrooms in region out of top 25.
  • Travel with LG/SKS sales teams to attend meetings and product training with Ferguson sales consultants and outside sales teams.
  • Build our relationship with Ferguson by regularly meeting with Ferguson district and regional leadership.
  • Communicate regularly with Showroom leadership establishing industry leading communications.
  • Lead the communication and execution of national showroom merchandising and promotional plans and strategies.
  • Identify and communicate merchandising activities to grow opportunistic product categories.
  • Manage marketplace investments and co‑marketing funds to maximize return on investment.
  • Work with Ferguson Sales leaders to identify project quote opportunities to be quoted and implemented through local Builder Sales Managers.
  • Attend co‑sponsored showroom events and trade shows.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify strategic opportunities through awareness of market conditions and the competitive landscape.
  • Perform administrative functions as necessary to meet customer needs. Work with ISS to exceed customer expectations. Aid in tracking and payment of any monies owed to Ferguson showrooms in timely manner.
Job Requirements
  • GED is required;
    Bachelors preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years experience.
  • Experience in the Builder industry.
