About Us:
Blufox Mobile is a rapidly expanding partner of Comcast XFINITY, operating in 15 states with plans to grow further. We provide high-speed Internet, MOBILE, Home Security, Video, and Voice services to residential and business customers. Our goal is to expand our retail presence to over 200 locations nationwide.
What We Are Looking For:
Candidates with retail sales experience, especially in Mobile and Cable, are preferred. Your main duties will include promoting and selling Xfinity products and services, upselling, and providing excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
- Use effective sales techniques to close sales and maximize profit.
- Build value around products and tailor packages to customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a friendly attitude and build positive relationships with customers.
- Aim to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Organizational Goals:
- Collaborate with team members, manage relationships, and be receptive to feedback.
- Stay updated on industry technologies and trends.
- Achieve organizational performance goals.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wireless, cable, or retail sales preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full-time availability.
Salary: $35,000 - $65,000 per year.
