The Ferndale Parks and Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic, organized leaders to direct our state‑licensed Summer Day Camps. Camp Directors oversee daily operations for one of three age‑based programs (5–7, 8–9, and 10–12), ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for every camper. This role combines leadership, creativity, and hands‑on involvement—guiding staff, planning activities, supporting camper well‑being, and fostering a positive camp culture filled with games, crafts, water play, field trips, and special events.
