Property Accountant

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Track and analyze property-level financial performance.
• Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to GAAP.
• Plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio
• High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
• Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role
