Personal Care Assistant – Addus Home Care
Apply to join Addus Home Care as a Personal Care Assistant in the Metro Detroit and Downriver areas. The position is open for new caregivers. Addus is a seasoned provider delivering home‑care services for over 40 years, and we are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals ready to make a difference.
We offer daily pay for select positions and a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour. Work is flexible and the pay is bi‑weekly.

- Provide personal care, dressing, bathing, and grooming support
- Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, bed making)
- Offer companionship to residents
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Clean criminal background check required
- Reliable transportation (car or public transit)
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States - Three references (2 professional, 1 personal) required at application
- Must successfully complete pre‑service Home Care Aide training
- Must be reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring
