The OpportunityThe Social Ad Buyer will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and analytics teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results and align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, and other emerging platforms)
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaign ROI and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop high-performing ad strategies
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting for multiple clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Ads a plus
- Proven experience managing campaigns for eCommerce and B2C brands
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agency experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

$45,000 – $65,000 based on experience
