Crew Manager – White Castle

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers with previous food service or management experience. You’ll be joining a Certified Great Place to Work® where your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.

• Organize crew scheduling and shift coverage.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register and drive‑thru.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Oversee customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead team members, promoting a positive work environment.
• Prepare orders and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate fryer, griddle, and other kitchen equipment.

• Prior food service or manager experience.
• Caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
