Chef Josie Clemens offers a new regenerative fast food concept in Ferndale, MI. With soul food burritos as the canvas, her medium is the flavor of Southern California and her international travels as a vegan chef.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ferndale, MI, for a Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare all food to standard and ensure quality and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will assist in inventory and supply management.

• Passionate about nourishing others and being a positive influence
• Passion for delivering an excellent dining experience
• Basic cooking experience required (Sautee & Garde Manger or equivalent)
• Prefers to adhere to recipes
• Has experience as a cashier
  
  Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and has integrity
• Able to communicate needs with others, and fulfill other people's needs (will be working within a food hall and must respect other vendors and our shared space)
• Background in maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• High emotional intelligence
