Join our team at The Honey Baked Ham Company – a family‑owned business with 425+ retail locations.

• Manage store operations and assume operational control in the absence of the Manager.
• Assist with hiring, training and development plans for all associates.
• Work in and train employees in both front and back of house operations.
• Perform administrative functions such as banking, scheduling and meetings.
• Coaches associates using tools like Huddles, Observation checklists and Ham Evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Manage and monitor labor, adjusting staffing based on business demand.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies including wait times, yields and product quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures (hand dip, hair nets, gloves, aprons) are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Ensure FIFO rotation of all product in FOH and BOH, including hams and turkeys.
• Handle complaints to maintain 100% customer satisfaction in accordance with company policy.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment for B2B and catering processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions from one promotion to the next, ensuring proper holiday and non‑holiday set‑up.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2 years of restaurant or service‑industry experience (desirable); prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Understanding of production‑facility operations equivalent to 1–2 years’ work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for catering orders/deliveries.

Physical dexterity and mobility are required to perform job demands, which may include working with a hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies up to 65 lbs.
