Legend Motors is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. As part of our team, you will work with dedicated professionals in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for recognition and career development.
Essential Duties- Follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
- Answer inbound calls from sales, service, parts, and body shop profit centers.
- Make outbound prospecting calls to invite prospects to the dealership.
- Perform CSI follow-up calls.
- Reschedule no-shows and missed appointments.
- Advise customers on parts orders, appointments, and recalls.
- Contact customers for test drives on the service drive.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Participate in community activities with product knowledge and informational sessions.
Successful candidates should demonstrate product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy. Strong communication skills are essential for team-building and customer interactions.
Education and Experience- Retail experience helpful
- Phone sales experience
- Sales experience preferred
